Refund policy

I want you to love your Stacked by Queenie purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, I gladly accept returns of unworn, unused jewelry.

To be eligible for a return:

• Please contact me within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

• Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery.

• Jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition.

• Jewelry must be returned with all original packaging, if applicable.

• The original security tag or sticker must remain attached. Items with the tag removed, cut, or altered are considered worn and are not eligible for return.

• Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including returns due to sizing.

• For hygiene reasons, all returned jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition.

Please Note: Custom, personalized, resized, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or have a workmanship defect.

Because each piece is handcrafted specifically for your order, exchanges are subject to material availability and may require additional processing time.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a verified workmanship defect.

Stacked by Queenie reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above return requirements.
