Thank you for supporting Stacked by Queenie! Every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. 

Natural Stones:
Many of my designs feature genuine natural stones. Because these stones are formed by nature, each bead is unique and may contain natural inclusions, veining, color variations, small pits, or slight imperfections. These characteristics are not defects but are part of what makes every piece one of a kind.

I carefully hand-select every stone for quality and overall appearance, but no two stones - or finished pieces - will ever be exactly alike.

Stone & Material Disclaimer:
My collections may include a combination of genuine natural stones, color-enhanced (dyed) stones, man-made stones, glass beads, crystal, ceramic, shell, mother-of-pearl, and other decorative materials depending on the design and desired aesthetic.

Whenever possible, the primary materials used will be listed in each product description. Unless specifically stated in the listing, stones should not be assumed to be untreated, museum-grade gemstones. Many designs intentionally combine genuine natural materials with enhanced or decorative components to achieve the color palette and style that inspired the collection.

Color variations, veining, inclusions, and slight differences in pattern are normal and should be expected.

Gold-Filled & Gold-Plated Jewelry:
My jewelry is made using both gold-filled and gold-plated components. Gold-filled jewelry contains a significantly thicker layer of gold than standard gold plating and, with proper care, generally offers greater durability and longevity. Gold-plated components contain a thinner layer of gold and may naturally show signs of wear more quickly with regular use. No plated or gold-filled jewelry is permanent. Over time, all finishes may gradually change in appearance through normal wear.

The longevity of your jewelry depends on many factors, including:
• Moisture and humidity
•Body oils and perspiration
• Lotions, perfumes, cosmetics, and sunscreen
• Soap and hand sanitizer
• Saltwater and chlorine
• Household chemicals
• Storage conditions
• Frequency of wear

Every person’s body chemistry is different, so metals may oxidize, fade, or wear at different rates. This natural process is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Jewelry Care:
• Roll stretch bracelets on and off rather than pulling them over your hand.
• Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.
• Avoid direct contact with lotions, perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning products, and other chemicals.
• Store jewelry in a cool, dry place away from humidity and direct sunlight.
• Wipe jewelry gently with a soft jewelry cloth after wearing to remove oils and moisture.

Following these care recommendations will help maximize the life of your jewelry.

Handmade Disclaimer:
Every Stacked by Queenie piece is individually handmade. Because each item is handcrafted, slight variations in bead placement, spacing, overall appearance, size, or bead count may occur depending on wrist size, bead dimensions, and the natural materials used. These small differences are part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.

Color Disclaimer:
I make every effort to accurately photograph each piece. However, colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, editing, and individual monitor or phone screen settings.

Safety Warning:
This jewelry contains small beads, charms, and components that may present a choking hazard. Jewelry is not intended to be used as a toy. Children should always be supervised by an adult while wearing jewelry. Stacked by Queenie is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse, improper use, or lack of adult supervision.
